By staying strong, vigilant, and resilient, we prepare ourselves to face both support and deceit with equal composure. It is not about mistrusting everyone, but about understanding that strength, both inner and outer, is the shield that allows us to navigate the unpredictable paths of life.
One should always keep one's back strong, because both praise and betrayal come from behind.
