Today, I close and forget all sad chapters of life and decide that I will never look back. I welcome the new year with hope, love, and courage. As this year comes to an end,
I bow in gratitude to the universe, my friend.
I forgive those who caused me pain,
And seek forgiveness for the hurt I may have lain.

Today I close each sorrowful page,
And leave behind the storms of rage.
I will not look back, nor dwell in the past,
For brighter days are coming fast.

I welcome the new year with hope and light,
With love in my heart and courage in sight.
I promise to live each moment true,
With positivity, purpose, and skies of blue.
