The questions humans refuse to answer

Some humans did not learn philosophy, ethics, morality and religion through teachings but the experiences. How come people do not take responsibility of their actions? How come people think only one sided? How come people do not realize what damage they cause to the other person with their actions? How come people do no communicate? With talks so many things can be solved.
